Thanks for your assistance with the purchase of our new house you and hour team were very helpfull.

Nicole was a pleasure to do business with. She exceeded our expectations .

We have sold with Nicole previously, and were impressed with her commitment and guidance when selling our home several years ago. Since then Nicole has embraced innovation and applied her unique approach to now be a dominate agent in the Cairns Area. Nicole recently sold our home in Forrest Gardens through doing all the little things well! I think the best thing I can say about Nicole is I genuinely trust her as my agent. This is not a common thing when selling the biggest investment of your life, and as a result removed the stress for my wife and I during the time leading up to the sale. Nicole is professional, tenacious and consistent with her approach, and we will certainly contact Nicole again if we require the services of a reliable real estate agent. We highly recommend Nicole, and welcome the opportunity to offer our endorsement of her real estate expertise. Russ & Paulene Rowbotham

Nicole took it as a personal mission to find us our dream home. The very first house we looked at was presented by Nicole. We didn't buy that house, we didn't buy the next, or even the 50th house we inspected after looking for nearly a year. But Nicole listened to us, she understood what we were looking for - even that indefinable quality that was so important - and she found exactly the right house for us. The house hadn't even been put to market, but she worked hard liaising between us and the seller to get them the price they wanted and us the home we wanted. Nicole knows the market inside out, she made the buying process so easy and so very personal - she's the ultimate professional - but more than that, she went the extra mile for us time and time again. Thanks Nicole!

Nicole strives above and beyond! She provided a professional and informative service backed by market knowledge and excellent customer service. I was very happy with being kept in the loop including personal updates from Nicole and her experienced team. Would highly recommend, one of the few who continue to provide a personal customer service.

Nicole sold our home in 2017. It was not an easy listing to manage with a number of unforseen complications popping up through the sale process. Nicole worked extremely hard to assist us in dealing with the sale particularly as we were not living in Cairns at the time. We were able to leave the property in her capable hands remotely which gave us great peace of mind. When many others would have given up Nicole persisted and delivered us a result on the property. I could not recommend her more highly.

We have used Nicole Bragg on two occasions, once to buy and once to sell. We found her to be very professional in her field. She has great marketing skills and is an excellent communicator.

We put our house on the market with Bragg and the service and understanding of everything was second to none ,due to this we had a contract within 7 days with a great price , I would recommend them without hesitation . Gaylene and Steve

I have no hesitation in recommending Nicole as your agent. I found her very easy to deal with, knowledgeable of the local area,l am very happy with my outcomes in dealing with Bragg reality.

When we purchased our home Nicole was beyond helpfull in the process including recomending other fantastic businesses along the way. She always kept us in the loop and didnt overwhelm us with information we didnt understand. We would highly recommend Nicole and would use her again.

Nicole made the sale of my property hassle free and quicker than I expected. As I work away and am sometimes unreachable for extended periods, I was confident Nicole would handle matters until I could be reached. I found the whole team very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for an agent.

Nicole was informative and helpful along the buying process. The most incredible customer service you could ask in the market.
