At first communication was good up until the sale of my house. 2 weeks later, and 2 weeks BEFORE settlement, this agent gave out my house keys to workmen to go in and make alterations to my house WITHOUT my knowledge or permission. Selling in Cairns is not easy at the moment and we had started the sales process with Ray White almost a year ago and we only received one unrealistic offer. Nicole was recommended to us by a very close neighbour who was more than impressed with the service. Nicole indicated an expected selling time frame of approximately three months and was able to achieve the sale and settlement in just over two months. After four weeks of advertising, we received an offer to close to our minimum price and Nicole was able to work the offer up by $5,000 and we accepted.
