Everything was done with a minimum of fuss, and sold the property for around $40,000 more than the price another agent had indicated. And sold in 2 days Nyree also organised a solicitor , and Building and pest inspections So everything was VC completely seamless I could not recommend her highly enough

Her manner in how we explained our situation & what our goal was, was received with exceptional professionalism. Every step of the way throughout our journey has been very easy & satisfying to know Nyree has our best interest at the forefront. Would definitely recommend Nyree to anyone selling in the Redlands area.

Her enthusiasm and knowledge of the local market made me confident that now was the right time to sell . I was very pleased to have a contract in the first week for the full asking price , I would highly recommend anyone considering buying or selling in the Redlands to contact Nyree Ewing’s

she was professional but friendly and approachable also. She worked very hard for us to get the best deal with minimal fuss - she guided us - poms not used to the Aussie realestate market - with great skill and knowledge. For that l am truly grateful we met Nyree.

This was my first time selling a property, so I had no idea what to do or where to start. I’m so happy I had Nyree by my side every step of the way. She went above and beyond for me, by making the process stress free, I didn’t have to do a thing. Nyree was extremely professional and always kept me informed. She would contact me several times a week and call me right after the open home inspections to keep me updated.

Extensive understanding of the market, went about her job with minimal need to contact us until it was time to accept an offer. We are very pleased.

Outstanding knowledge of the current market Pairing a home with a buyer! Professional friendly and great communication skills

I decided to use her services after researching real estate agents in Cleveland. Her figures were amazing. She is a delightful young women, very competent and a very good listener. She handled my sale smoothly and kept me informed at all times. I have no hesitation recommending Nyree, she is great!

Her professionalism and knowledge of the market was second to none and she was able to get us a great price on our property in a short timeframe, with the added complexity of dealing with a current lease in place. We have sold several properties over the years and found Nyree to be, by far, the best agent we have dealt with. We would highly recommend Nyree to all of our friends and family without hesitation.
