Nyree & her amazing team make selling a simple process. Listen to her advice on pricing and styling to obtain the most out of your sale. 10 days to sell with 25 days as the settlement option including a couple of things to rectify after the building & pest reports. Smooth sailing from go to woe with the Redlands superstar agent.

Nyree was spot on with her insight about how much we could sell for. She was kind and thoughtful during two recent bereveaments in our family and did not pressure us to do anything. We would be happy to recommend her to anyone needing to sell their house.

Nyree is a fantastic agent! We originally purchased our first home through Nyree & had a great experience through the whole process, it was hard being a first time buyer getting into the market where nobody would take us seriously! Then we met Nyree, She took the time to consider our intrest & took us seriously. When it became time to sell our home we knew for sure we would contact Nyree to sell it. Nyree took the time to come out & see us on several occasions to guide us and give us her professional opinion & guidance to help create the perfect plan that suited us on the sale of our home. The house sold fast, stress free & we sold at a great price I would definitely rate Nyree 10/10 and would 100% go through her again.

Nyree is a polite, amiable and professional Agent. She knows the local market extraordinarily well and puts a strategy in place to best suit your property. Additionally she arranges all the extras to market your property to its best advantage. Styling, maintenance and presentation are all arranged. We had left the area so every little matter that arose Nyree just took in her stride and rectified it with the best outcome and with no inconvenience to us. We found ourselves in the best hands when we listed with Nyree and we HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to sell a property. A Super Agent.

Nyree really stays on top of it. Any questions at all and she came right back with an answer. At no point through the entire experience did we need to chase anything up. She was prepared and organised from the very beginning.

From the beginning of our property search, Nyree was very obliging and went above and beyond to help us find our property. Despite initially looking at established homes, we have ended up with a fantastic block of land and we are so glad we had the chance to work with Nyree throughout the process.

Nyree is an extremely professional and highly knowledgeable agent. She is very much across the market and every process required to sell and buy. Having to help my Dad sell our family home of 30 years was very upsetting for all the family. Nyree was so very patient and understanding with my Dad and the communication to myself and brother was exceptional. There was never a time when the family didn't know what was going on. Nyree is very passionate about her job and the people that trust in her to buy or sell a home. She is a woman who is honest with exceptional integrity. Our family highly recommend Nyree for a very personal and professional approach to selling or buying.

Thank you Nyree for making the process of selling our property so seamless and easy. I would recommend Nyree to anyone who wants someone professional with endless amounts of real estate knowledge and works hard for her clients. The way you kept us informed every step of the way has been second to none! I have enjoyed getting to know you on a personal level too. I can't thank you enough 😊

From the moment I met Nyree I knew she would get the job done. Her knowledge of the area and the market, was spot on. She and her staff were very pleasant to deal with and of course Nyree had a buyer for us in no time at all. I would recommend a Nyree without hesitation.

Nyree worked within everything we needed and wanted regarding our sale. Nothing was too difficult and you can tell from the first conversation this is a intelligent committed professional woman with our best interest at heart and she went to work for us!

Nyree is experienced in all facets of Real Estate and has great interpersonal skills who keeps you up to date with the current status on your property sale. I thought though with the introduction to the Home App where I received updates on who visited my house during Open Houses, may need more information to the Seller rather than just the names of the people presenting through the Open House. Maybe this was introduced as Agents may not have had the time to update the Sellers post Open House as they needed to be at the next Open House of the day? I found that the Home App lacked some information and gave you no indication that persepctive buyers of your property were potential buyers other than just on lookers? If Real Estate agents are busy going from one Open House to another and cannot discuss any potential buyers to the Seller, then perhaps at the earliest convenience the agents executive assistant could be available to provide important informtion to the Seller. Just my thoughts but I think the App could be massaged a bit better and given more useful information to the Seller other than just the names of the people who visited the Open House.

Nyree was very easy to deal with and extremely helpful throughout the entire process of our purchase. She and her team made a difficult process much less stressful. Thank you!
