In late April 2022 we decided to relocate interstate. Thanks to Paul Dean and his staff, by May 3rd the whole process was done and dusted and the outcome was better than we could ever have expected. We met Paul four years ago when we bought a property in Victor Harbor through his agency; we were so impressed with his capabilities that we opted immediately to engage him to sell our (different) property this time. Paul clearly knows the local market inside out. He has a wealth of experience across the real estate spectrum, but more importantly he tells you what he is going to do -- and then he does it. Our initial interview was thoroughgoing, clear and honest. No promises were made, but what Paul forecast -- a sale within five days of going to market -- came to pass. The entire process was straightforward, from 'styling' for the photography through to the report on the one and only viewing. Paul reported thoroughly on that viewing, identified potential buyers and then cannily achieved the 'high expectations' he had shared with us. What more can a vendor ask? And all done with a smile. We could not be happier, nor would we hesitate to recommend PJDRE to anyone seeking to sell or buy property in this area.
