I recently used Blair to sell a property of mine. I was a return client of Blair's having him sell another property for me prior to this one. I knew that Blair was the best agent for the sale, and I honestly wouldn't want to use anyone else. It was such a complex property to sell, with multiple vendors, which brings its own challenges, and the property had some unique quirks too ! We had a few unforeseen hurdles along the way and Blair was fantastic, and he certainly had his work cut out for him with this sale. Blair communicated everything clearly and gave us multiple options to each situation. Blair also took the time to communicate with each vendor individually too. Blair never once complained, and constantly remained optimistic yet realistic, and always had a way forward and a plan to progress with. At the time of the sale campaign, the property was being used as an investment, so not only did Blair have to liaise with all the vendors, but also the tenants living in the property. One thing that really stood out to me was how respectful Blair was of the tenants and worked with them, not against them when arranging open homes and different aspects of the sales campaign such as photos etc. Blair is a very genuine, transparent, easy to get along with guy. He is very experienced and knowledgeable in the industry and the market and really knows what he is doing. He has a respectful and professional demeanour whilst being down to earth, and approachable.
