I first made contact with Blair about 6 months before the sale. I had a tenant and needed to wait. Blair maintained the contact and gave me updates on sales during that time. When we were at the point of selling, I explained how I wanted to proceed and Blair listened and made suggestions. I wasn't being railroaded as some agents do. Blair was sensitive to the tenant situation. I was blown away when Blair sold the property in less that 8 days with an off-market sale at a price better than i expected.
