I actually found Blake from this website. I have a lot to be happy about and Blake is the reason why. My property was not the easiest to sell and I had a contract fall over due to finance. In each case Blake had tons of people through the door and more contracts ready to go. Blake has brilliant communication skills, always had a lot of time to answer my questions and worked tirelessly to sell my home and achieved the amount they said they would in the start. I am very appreciative of what he has achieved for me.

I cannot speak highly enough of Blake and the amazing effort he put into selling my unit in Labrador. PRDnationwide Southport have looked after me for close to 10 years now. I moved to Melbourne in 2007 and PRD took over the management of my unit not long after that. The Property Management Team, including Blake in his early days of real estate, always managed to find me fantastic tenants who always paid their rent on time and looked after my property really well. When I made the decision to finally sell my property, Blake took charge from day one. Being an interstate owner could have made this whole process quite difficult but he made it so easy. My property had to be repainted – Blake organised the painter. My shower screen needed replacing – Blake arranged the handyman to replace the screen. The advice in regards to marketing the property was spot on and I had a signed Contract within 2 weeks of listing my unit on the market! There were a few other minor bumps along the way with the purchaser but at every step Blake was there to assist and make the process as stress-free as possible. He remained in constant contact with me in the lead-up to the contract becoming unconditional, and again came to the rescue when something needed to be repaired in my unit one day before settlement. Adaml was our agent. We bought a new investment property. He was very patient throughout the process. He took the time to explain the buying procedure for investment homes. He gave us the valuable suggestions while negotiating with the owner I think that definitely gave us better deal. Not only this, but Adam had been a good advisor in terms of suggesting like having a good tenants . I think Adam is very honest . He gives his honest opinions and enables buyers to make the independent decisions. I think that is very important to me as a buyer. I would highly recommend Adam as an agent. Blake listed a Rental Property I owned & they managed for me when I decided I wanted the cash to invest in a new house. The tenant had just moved out so it was a perfect time to sell. I didn't expect to get a contract inside the first week but that is what happened & it was only $4000 below my asking price. This tells me he was right on the money with the listing price & I didn't have to haggle with the buyer. It was a very quick & smooth sale overall.
