Exceptional service and even better human

Blake knows his craft, that much is true and obvious. I could go on and on about his guidance and steady hand but I will focus on trust. Having purchased and sold a few properties I have had a lot of differing styles of agents. What attracted us to Blake is his authenticity and generosity of spirit. His knowledge in a softening market really informed us however our ability to trust him implicitly was what clinched the deal. The real estate industry is full of cowboys who are great at telling you what you want to hear but not many tell you what you need to hear and qualify it for analytical people such as myself. He is consistent and faultless. Our sale came with complications and without Blake’s diligence, intellect and humanity the situation would have been so much more anxiety laden. None of these complications were of Blake’s making nor did he contribute to them in any way. He simply reacted professionally, quickly and efficiently to ameliorate difficult circumstances. If I am to transact again in this market it will be with Blake. He took the time to understand OUR needs, and work towards a result that met and exceeded them. Not just financially, but ethically and efficiently. If I could give 10 stars I would. Blake has a generosity of spirit that is severely lacking these days and to be lucky enough to meet him and do business was an absolute pleasure. Choose your agents wisely and the experience can be either a nightmare or an informed dream. Blake provided the latter. He is going to be in the top 1% of his industry.
