Blake was awesome even from the very beginning we were first home buyers and had a heap of questions Blake always had time to answer and spoke to us through everything so that we understood. He was very accomodating with inspections and was always wanting to work with us rather than to his schedule. Without a doubt would buy through again.

Blake went out of his way to accommodate extra requests for inspections, he liaised well between vendors and purchaser, he lived up to his agencies motto "where a handshake still counts". We have dealt with many agents and most are pushy and you run to their timeline, but Blake never pushed for closure, he let it happen in due course and ran to the customers timeline. Nice to deal with someone with values, unlike many of these big franchises and chain agencies.
