Blake is a true professional - he is passionate, energetic, personable, tenacious and went above and beyond to sell our apartment during covid-19. We had our apartment on AirBnB, which made it more challenging for Blake to show potential buyers through as there would often be short term guests, but he was patient and always negotiated a time that accommodate all the stakeholders. Blake had great knowledge of the location and he immersed himself into the experience of living in our apartment, so was able to translate that to prospective buyers.
