
My fiance and I have been looking for a property for around a year. In that time, we have met countless agents at open houses and Real Estate Offices. Unfortunately I can not say there were very many that made us feel comfortable and gave the impression of being honest and upfront during the purchasing process. Many were still working under the 1980's style of "Smokes and Mirrors" selling which left us simply walking away from properties that could otherwise have been suitable. After meeting Blake at an open home for a property that was unfortunately too small for our needs, Blake took the time to ask questions and listen to what we were looking for. He suggested a property on his books that certainly met our needs on paper and organised a time for us to take a look. We ultimately ended up purchasing this property for two reasons. Firstly, it obviously met our needs. Secondly, during the entire negotiation process, Blake was always available to answer questions and was upfront and honest. What impressed me most was if he was unaware of an answer, he simply let us know and then found out the answer for us. We always new he was ultimately working on behalf of the vendor, but the fact that he treated us with respect the whole time made the process easy to complete.
