I have had a lot of experience with buying and selling real estate on the Central Coast over the years and I have to say that I’m very impressed with the level of communication and hard work that Blake Stretton put in to sell my home. Blake achieved $40,000 over what I originally expected and with his strategies and advice I knew that my property was in good hands. One of the things that impressed me the most was, that Blake would often communicate out of normal work hours just to keep me updated with the progress of the sale. I was dealing with quite a few real estate agents while I was looking to buy a property. I wasn't sure as to why most of them were rude or disinterested when I was looking to buy. Blake Stretton was totally the opposite to the agents I was dealing with from other companies. He was professional and friendly, giving me and my wife a very great first impression which made our purchase decision easy. As it was the first investment property I was going to purchase, it was great to have someone to guide me through some of the queries I had. The overall experience was great. When I first met Blake I knew he was the agent to sell my property. It was a very emotional decision for me to sell the property. The property has been in my family for 3 generations. The are many fond memories of this property. Blake listed to me and understood my emotions. He did not pressure me into it but let me go away and return when I was ready to take this step. He said that he would contact me from time to time to see how I was coping. When I finally made my decision Blake assisted me all the way. Without Blake as my agent to sell my mother's property, I would not have achieved a great outcome from a very difficult situation. I had to organise the preparation and sale of the house whilst I live and work in the Central West - and then unexpectedly there were costly complications when a substantial portion of the house had to be rebuilt following discovery of structural issues.
