Without Blake as my agent to sell my mother's property, I would not have achieved a great outcome from a very difficult situation. I had to organise the preparation and sale of the house whilst I live and work in the Central West - and then unexpectedly there were costly complications when a substantial portion of the house had to be rebuilt following discovery of structural issues. Blake was endlessly helpful, professional, diligent and extremely knowledgeable about the Real Estate market, local tradesmen and procedural requirements.
