Blake was excellent in all aspects relating to the sale of our house! right from the start he was knowledgeable of the market. he knew how to advertise the property to obtain the best price! He knew the details of the contract and was meticulous in his work. Blake knew the most up to date laws regarding sales and explained them to me simply and accurately! he was friendly, approachable and professional. i truly believe if it were not for Blake we wouldn't have got the price we did! i cannot praise Blake and the whole Gittoes team enough! we have purchased from Blake and bought from him and knowing what he was like from both perspectives.....wow absolutely outstanding! i would recommend him to everyone!!
