We first made contact with Blake whilst we were still living interstate so around 12 months before we officially signed Blake on to be our agent. We purchased our house in Coomera Waters (through a different agent) with the intention to renovate and sell and decided that Blake was going to sell our property long before we even landed on the Gold Coast based on his selling success with the area we were purchasing in. Blake made numerous visits to our newly purchased property and guided us with our renovations from start to finish; constantly helping us with trades that could assist us with our first Qld project. We have now successfully sold (and settled) our property and are now on the hunt for our next house which Blake is voluntarily helping us with.
