Reliable and friendly service

Thangs were great when we got some traction

Through Belle, I was able to achieve a sale far earlier than I’d expected. My property sold before it went to market. Blasi was very professional, personable and thorough. She kept me well informed along the way, answered all my questions and was lovely to deal with. Her deep understanding of the local market and her honesty, gave me confidence that I was in good hands. Her positive attitude and friendly manner made the whole process of selling smooth and less stressful. I highly recommend her. Thanks a million!

Went out of their way to allow my representative to view properties.

Our Agent, Blasi, has been fantastic. When we decided to sell our property in Castlemaine, we were able to arrange a site visit very promptly. Blasi's communication with us has been consistently open and honest; and her evaluation of our property and what we could expect at sale was very accurate. Staff at reception have also been exceedingly helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend Belle Property Castlemaine and in particular Blasi Mulholland as the Agent.

- Informed me of contesting interest and offers as needed

Blasi was friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and I felt very confident that she was the best agent for me.

Narelle was extremely professional to deal and clearly understands her market. As the purchaser Narelle respected the requirements of her vendor along with our objectives as buyer. It was a pleasure to have Narelle putting the purchase together for us and I’d have no hesitation in recommending Narelle and her team for any real estate needs.
