Blaze was very confident in meeting us for the first time and was knowledgeable in our area. He was very confident in his abilities and what he could achieve. He has great marketing strategies and a good team behind him to help with the process. Blaze tried to advise us all the way through the process of all the positive and negatives of the market and what he believed he could do and the price he thought he could reach. The price reached slightly below our expectation but reached the price he advised us all along. Blaze was honest throughout the process and tried to make himself available whenever possible.
