I approached Bliss on how to proceed with the sale of my property. Problem was, it was still locked into a tenancy agreement with 8 months to go. Also, a reno of the bathroom was required. Bliss suggested that we should test the market by offering it as tenanted and not to do the reno, as the market may not appreciate the outcome. The plan worked, 6 days after advertising, an offer was locked in at the price I was expecting, as if I had gone ahead with the reno. Well done Bliss. Amazing!
