We were referred to Peter by a friend and we are so glad we were. Peter's knowledge of what had to be done to sell the unit and his ability to make it all happen quickly was fantastic. He was very professional in his communication skills and kept me informed of all matters promptly. He worked hard and fast and we had a sale in about 2 weeks. Wonderful for settling a deceased estate!

The service provided by Peter and his team was excellent. They assist with everything from the beginning of the process to the end. Peter was always available to answer our queries, day and night. We would definitely recommend him.

Peter Chauncy and his team Hamish and Bridget were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire marketing campaign. Peter’s local knowledge, experience, and skill in guiding the marketing strategy were excellent. Every member of the team was highly professional and communicated with me at every stage. I can’t recommend Team Chauncy highly enough.

Peter was outstanding through this whole experience of selling my property which I purchased through him in 2008. It is not easy journey of selling the house for many reasons and Peter has been excellent with his communication and knowledge of the process. Peter and his team did amazing job from start to finish. I’m very happy with the outcome. I would happily buy/sell from him in the future again and highly recommend his service and expertise to anyone who wants to sell/buy.

On the first visit Peter came prepared and ready to sell our house. Everything was ready in 1 week and the house was on the market. Peter and his team are friendly and very easy to work with which made selling our house less stressful. Peter has a big database of clients wanting to buy a property. Thank you to Peter and his Team for selling our house!

We found Peter and his team to be friendly and professional. Peter is very knowledgeable regarding the Naremburn market; his advice was timely and accurate, and the sale was carefully managed. At all times we were kept well informed and involved. We would certainly recommend Peter and his team at McGrath Crows Nest.

Having bought and sold through Peter and his team before there was no doubt they were going to be the ones to help us again! Despite the shift in market conditions, the team persevered and ended us getting a terrific result! Thanks for all your efforts!

Peter is extremely experienced and knowledgable of the market in the Lower North Shore. He kept me informed all the time of any developments and advised me so I felt confident in making any decisions. Thank you Peter.

Peter was spot on with his tactics, valuation and communication. We always knew exactly what was going on during the campaign and in the end we were happy with the results. It was great working with the rest of his team as well.

We felt comfortable with engaging Peter Chauncy's services within 5 minutes of meeting him. Rather than giving us an over-hyped sale price expectation, the price range he estimated (and subsequently achieved) was entirely realistic. All the up-front costs of making our home ready for open house inspections were fully disclosed, and all came in on budget. We felt like we had the whole Chauncy team behind us from go to whoa, and the presentation of the house for sale was so professional, WE wanted to buy it. Selling a house is stressful, but when the house spends only 6 days on the market that stress is gone quickly. We have no hesitation in recommending team Chauncy to anyone selling in the area.

We were in great hands from start to finish. Peter is an excellent communicator and always made himself available. Would highly recommend Peter to sell your property.

Peter, Ty and the team at McGrath Crows Nest were a pleasure to work with. The prospect of selling our property was daunting however Peter delivered a quality outcome through streamlined processes and a tenacious never say die attitude. We would thoroughly recommend Peter and the team given their wealth of knowledge and local experience in the Crows Nest and surrounding area.
