A fantastic experience selling with Peter, Bridget and the team. Very professional and received great advice to set up the house for sale. They kept us appraised the whole time in a timely manner and any advice was spot on. Highly recommend Peter and the team.

Peter and the McGrath were fantastic in guiding us on this journey. They brought a strategy to the sale process, a narrative to suit our particular property and excellent communication skills. We were informed of developments at every stage of the process. We have no hesitation in recommending Peter and the team.

After much consideration we chose Peter Chauncy to sell our house over a large field of top real estate agents. Peter and his team could not have been more efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, no question left unanswered, no problem that couldn't be solved. My recommendation is to choose Peter as your estate agent. He knows the Naremburn area and surrounding suburbs like the back of his hand. We found Peter honest, straightforward, and easy to deal with. You will not find anyone better!

Peter was very enthusiastic and committed to achieving an outstanding result for us. Dealing with Peter and his team was effortless, smooth and highly professional right from the first meeting. Peter gave us regular buyer feedback and updates throughout the campaign and remained confident in his abilities, market knowledge and experience in dealing with buyers to undertake the best strategy that would achieve the best result. Peter's approach was always calm, considered and rational in what can be a stressful situation. He showed great integrity and we trusted him in guiding us through the sale process. Even after the sale was successful, Peter and his team remain available for any assistance we require. I would thoroughly recommend him to any prospective vendor.

Peter knows the area, works hard and knows how to handle people wanting to buy and sell real estate. Exactly what I wanted. My property was expertly presented for sale and sold very quickly at a good price.

What a team! Team Peter Chauncy sold our apartment in 3 days! I would like to thank each member of the team. Bridget was great at giving us the right advice and list of things needed to be done prior to the start of the campaign. Hamish is an excellent agent. His professionalism honesty and work ethics are very much appreciated. Peter is a great leader of the team. This guy definitely has a passion for what he does and you can tell that he loves his job. We had an excellent experience working with Peter. We highly recommend him and his team.

I have used Peter 3 times in as many years to sell, then buy and sell. I found him to be easy to deal with, thorough, and always helpful. My recent sale was Covid related and reluctant, and handled the situation with understanding.

There was never any doubt that we would ask Peter to sell our house. Over the years we have often considered selling and Peter always gave us direct feedback about the market and expectations. When we did decide to sell the decision happened very quickly and we only had a short timeframe to get the sale done. Peter and his team were ready to go from the outset and had prospective buyers through within a few days. His knowledge of the area and the market is second to none and he and the team pulled together to maximise our result in just one week. Thankyou Peter!

It was a pleasure dealing with Pete and his team - they are extremely professional while also being personable, and know their market inside out. We had a great result selling and would not hesitate to recommend to others considering a sale in the lower North Shore area. Thanks guys!

Peter is an ideal agent - very straightforward in his dealings and gets the best possible deal for the vendor. He knows the Naremburn market inside out having worked this area for a long time. Everyone on the team was highly professional and pleasant to work with.

I have nothing but praise for Peter's individual skills and also that of his entire team. He laid out a practical, realistic and concise plan for the sale of our home and he easily exceeded our expectations. His communication and inter-personal skills are a real asset and we sold our home within a few days, achieving a price well above what we expected. Finally I couldn't recommend Peter highly enough for his high level of professionalism and enthusiasm from the start to the end of our campaign! Thanks again.

Peter and his team work like a well oiled machine, from the styling and photos through to the communication of what is bappening and where the buyers are at. They absorb the pressure and stress so you can make a clear decision. Highly recommend putting your trust in Peter to sell your most expensive asset.
