We had a fantastic experience selling our home with Peter and his exceptional team. Right from the start we had confidence and trust in Peter. His knowledge, experience and level of service definitely put him at the forefront. The whole process from start to finish was well managed and we felt informed and supported the whole way through. All we needed to do was make sure the property was presented at its best and Peter and his team would do the rest. The next time I am in the market to sell, I know I will be coming back to Peter to do it.

Peter exceeded all expectations when it came to selling my house. His market knowledge, diligence and ongoing transparent communication were all hallmarks of my experience. To top of my experience, he went above and beyond to support me find, purchase and transition over to a new home - all within a few days! He truly loves what he does, he cares for his clients and he over delivers every time.

Peter was professional and courteous, I found him to be straightforward and easy to contact. He worked wonders with my tenant and the property to make it available for sale. I would definitely recommend Peter and his team.

Peter and his team have great market knowledge, an insatiable appetite to set the benchmark for the market and credibility earnt through years of experience and results. We engaged Peter given his proven track record in Artarmon. He is a complete professional and ensures he is across every aspect of the sale process. Peter set a high target for our house. Through hard work over a very short period of time he achieved an exceptional result which we were absolutely thrilled with. We would highly recommend Peter and his team to anyone looking to sell their home.

After being referred to Peter by a number of friends, when we first met him we were instantly drawn to his friendly dispostion, candour, local market knowledge, responsiveness and straight fowardness. We knew straight away that we were going to choose him as our agent to help us sell our lovely 2-bedder (but needed to up-size with our little one). He guided us through the process effortlessly (we're first time sellers) -- in fact my wife and I were surprised at how little we had to do. Peter and his awesome team were tirelessly working behind the scenes with the contractors to get our place looking magnificent, which they did in less than a week! Then about 3-4 days into the campaign we got offers on our place that far exceeded our expectations, due to Peter and his team's intimate knowledge of the buyers and what they were looking for. The whole process was an absolute delight (and we expected it to be a real drag!). I have no hestitation recommending Peter to any sellers out there!

Team Chauncy made our house selling process run smoothly from beginning to end. From assisting with preparing our house for sale, attending open homes, driving interested parties and negotiating the end result; we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Peter was available to talk to at any time, offering market insights and professional opinions. We would highly recommend Peter for anyone looking to sell a property.

Peter was the consummate professional from start to finish. We sold our property in a short space of time for the price we wanted and the extended settlement period we asked for. The who;le process could not have been smoother.

Peter has been fantastic throughout our sale process. He is knowledgeable, a great communicator, hard working, honest and we trusted him to get us a great result. Which he did!! We would highly recommend Peter.

Hi all, as a long time builder and part time developer I have bought and sold many properties over the last 30 years. In all that time i have not come across a real estate agent as professional and straight shooting as Peter Chauncy. In the last 2 week's he has sold my sons house in 1 week and a property for me in Naremburn in 2 days at a suburb record. Both well exceeded his estimate to us and our expectations. In an industry where most of the time agents over promise and under deliver on sales revenue, Peter is a breath of fresh air with loads of integrity. If any one out there is considering selling anything in the Crows Nest, Cammeray, Naremburn etc area you would be doing yourself a great disservice not to talk with Peter Chauncy. Can't put it any straighter and simpler than that!! Good luck everyone with your sales journey.

It was an incredible experience selling through Peter. Peter's clear communication, nothing is a hassle attitude, enthusiastic and passionate team and in-depth market knowledge all combine for a winning formula. Would highly recommend for anything thinking of selling on the Lower North Shore.

Peter sold my house for a very pleasing result within a week of it hitting the market. I had purchased my house through him and found Peter to be upfront and transparent, and wanted the same values brought to the sale of my property. During the selling process, he provided me with sound advice and support. Peter was always available when I had questions or needed help. Peter’s team were equally helpful. I highly recommend Peter and his team to potential vendors.

Peter and his team are some of the most hardworking, knowledgeable and genuine agents I have come across. Peter made the buying experience so seamless, transparent and even enjoyable. He worked around the clock and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I would never hesitate in recommending Peter to anyone I know.
