Phil and his team were brilliant and made the process of buying a place in WA while we were still in NSW a very pleasant experience. Phil had no problem in doing an inspection video for us at a particular property as we were not physically in the area at the time and, when we expressed further interest in the property, he negotiated a day/ time that suited us to look inside the property. In the lead-up to settlement Phil's team provided us with weekly updates regarding cut off dates for the relevent inspections etc and were very quick to answer any questions / concerns we had. Upon settlement we received a lovely gift box and they were very receptive regarding concerns we had with the cleanliness of the house, in particular the oven. Phil immediately organized a cleaner to sort this out. To which we were very grateful.
