As an Interstate buyer I needed someone I could trust, and Phil from the get go gave me that reassurance. What is so interesting about this purchase is that I had ben engaging him for about a year and he was advising me on other properties that I was interested in (that were not his). However as it turns out, he managed to find me one that he was listing. In short, well before I engaged his services, he was already assisting and helping me with other properties.
