Phil has been an agent on the Butler scene for many years. Even though we didn't buy our house from Phil when we moved here, he remembered us from house viewings over a decade ago. He has always been personable, knowledgeable and friendly. We didn't buy at a great time and have been waiting for the market to catch up so we can exit with some equity. As a result Phil has appraised our home 4 or 5 times since we purchased it. We never felt pressured to sell, he listened to what we wanted and our end goals and told us if it wasn't right to sell at that time. Other local agents at times advised our home was worth more, but were never able to back up their figures. Phil's estimates were always realistic. With the market moving our way at last, we listed our home with Phil and it sold for significantly over the asking price in under two weeks without a home open. Just two targeted private viewings, he already knew what they were looking for and matched our home to the prospective buyers. I wouldn't recommend anyone else in Butler.
