Phil was very professional in his knowledge and understanding of the market. From the first meeting, until we had decided to go ahead with the sale which was fairly quick as I wanted to get the property on the market asap. Phil actually managed to secure a buyer even before my house was officially advertised as on the market which ended up saving me on marketing fee's and took a huge weight off my shoulders. I never expected that to happen nor even thought it could be possible to sell a house so ridiculously quick and for a better price then what I was hoping for. I highly recommend Phil, outstanding job.
