Phil Wiltshire was recommended to us through family friends who were very happy with how he handled the sale of their property. Phil gave us his complete attention. He was happy to work with us within our vision of the sale and gave his opinion on what he thought needed to be done and what did not need to be done. We followed Phil's advice and he achieved a quick sale.

Phil & Josh are more than just highly experienced hard working professionals, they are also very likable, genuine & honest fellows. We have had the good fortune to develop trusting relationship with the Team over several years now. Phil & Josh has just sold another home for us in Butler, having secured a Cash Offer within 4 weeks & very near our original asking price! We will definitely be seeking their help with our next property sale. Thanks again Team Wiltshire

We met Phil for the first time when viewing a Home in Alkimos, most Professional indeed on top of his game, the second meeting to view again was most professional with negotiations, we would have no hesitation in suggesting Phil to anyone viewing a Home.
