Phil has sold two of our homes, and one each for our son and daughter. When we approached Phil to sell our current home, he suggested that we make some improvements to the home as he felt that it would present better and sell quicker. I can’t praise Phil enough... he went above and beyond! He has a really good feel for the potential buyer, is accurate regarding information of the property and has excellent negotiation-skills.
