Rebecca was great, she handled all the negotiations with the prospective buyers without overly drawing us in - informing us all the way but not needing us to get involved in the whole emotional rollercoaster of each bid and counter bid. I found this to be a really refreshing and professional approach. In the end we got the price we wanted with minimum fuss. The whole process only took a couple of weeks. I also like the way the Rebecca related to me. She was upfront and direct which I appreciated. If I had questions or concerns she listened and directly responded. I would have no hesitation using her again.
