Sign you up then the service drops off and I’m left to micro manage the process and insists the agent to push harder. Different story with Rebecca and her team. Once I signed up, she ramped up. I didn’t need to micro manage anything. She gave me the confidence to leave her alone and get the job done. Communication and updates were excellent.
