Well what can we say Rebecca Dean & Tegan Graig what a team they both supported us in a very professional way we both appreciate their dedication of the sale of our property like we said Amazing we wish you both a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year we both would recommend you and PRD Cheers Linda & Ken Tyler

Rebecca Dean and the team from PRD were extremely professional and made the whole process of selling our home run smoothly. The encouragement and support we received gave us confidence and we felt truly supported. Indeed Rebecca was brilliant in attracting prospective buyers and in the end the right one came along. It was a pleasant surprise at our first meeting when Rebecca gave us an estimate of the current market value for our home and even better that we were offered just that before the auction date. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rebecca and her team to anyone looking for an agent. Heartfelt thanks Rebecca.

I would really like to thank Rebecca so very much for the help in selling my property. For someone like myself, of the older variety, selling your home can be a very daunting experience. However, Rebecca guided me through the whole process with great professionalism, efficiency, courtesy and a lot of kindness. Rebecca knew the right buyers to bring through my property and the process was very quick and very easy for me as Rebecca looked after everything for me. I think that Rebecca and the team at PRD, Tegan,Meg and Ryan, are more than just very good agents, they are very nice people. I would highly recommend Rebecca and the team at PRD and thank them very much for making this a very pleasant and positive experience.

Rebecca and Tegan are the REAL deal! We honestly could not have asked for a better team. With the property being in our family for over 60 years it was an emotional sale handled professionally. Bec has a down to earth approach with outstanding communication. She kept us well informed during the whole process. We felt confident we were in good hands with Rebecca and her team and she achieved a result, selling to a lovely young family. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. Thanks again team.

Rebecca was very helpful and directed the sale of our house with great expertise. We had some obstacles to overcome with COVID but Rebecca's wealth of experience and good advice lead to the sale of our house!! So BIG THANKS

This is the second time my husband and I have engaged Rebecca as our real estate agent and are very satisfied with the service of both Rebecca and Tegan. They are a very professional and efficient team obtaining timely and successful results and kept us informed throughout the entire marketing program. We definitely recommend them and would engage them in the future.

Rebecca was professional and always open and willing to communicate with me whenever I required answers or information. She did a great job of selling my house during Covid-19 when there was a lot of uncertainty around. Good job, thanks Rebecca.

Rebecca has sold several properties for us always with incredible stunning results, her knowledge of the market is always spot on, her communication and professionalism is brilliant, with lots of thanks Newton.

From when I first contacted Rebecca for the sale of my mother's house, I was put at ease & confident she would handle the sale . Rebecca had been recommended by a friend of mine living in the Bay. I was very happy with her knowledge of the market & her follow up of any questions I had. I would have no hesitations in recommending her and Tegan Craig for either buying or selling your home.

Stress levels are high when selling but if you're doing it without the assistance of a highly trained, dedicated and professional agent that only adds to the stress and ultimate result. I was most fortunate to appoint Rebecca Dean from PRD Shoal Bay to achieve for me a highly successful sale within an excellent time frame. What more could I ask for?

Rebecca's knowledge and understanding of the local market helped achieve our price.

After 35 years of ownership and then finding myself alone it was a difficult time for me. Rebecca gave me confidence and support to follow through with the sale. It was done with professionalism and confidence by Rebecca which helped me greatly.
