Rebecca has done a great job selling our property including management of all issues with our existing tenant. At the end of the day we acheived a figure we were happy with very close to our asking price. We would not hesitate to deal with Rebecca again in the future.

We were so happy to have Tegan Craig as our contact through this process. Not only was Tegan very professional she also shows great empathy, understanding and was most helpful during the settlement period.

We were very satisfied with Rebecca, she was pleasant to deal with, responsive to our needs and most efficient in all aspects.

Excellent, reliable, trustworthy and friendly. I would only use Rebecca to sell my home.

Great agent, always saying how it is and not just what you want to hear. Have been dealing with her ever since I bought the property, up to when I re-sold it. Would highly recommend!

Rebecca was so encouraging and enthusiastic from the moment she stepped into our home. Whenever we had a question she either knew the answer or found it out for us in a timely manner. She had so many wonderful ideas to help us showcase our home so others would appreciate the amazing location and upgrades we had made. A huge thank you to both Rebecca and Tegan - they are an amazing team.

Both Rebecca and Tegan were pleasant, polite and professional. Would recommend both to sellers and buyers...

Rebecca stood out way beyond other agents we interacted with in Port Stephens. She is a no nonsense straight to the point individual who knows her stuff. We identified a property that had great appeal to us and we felt we needed to close down the deal before other prospective buyers saw in the property what we did, so bring on negotiation skills 101. Rebecca had 2 interests number 1 getting the vendor the best price she could, but also found that balance in keeping the buyer on the hook. After some negotiation we got there win for vendor win for buyer all done by communication inclusiveness to both parties and with a laugh and a smile. Geoff Hill

Fabulous, Friendly, Energetic! Always honest, knows the market and area inside out, and got us a good result. Would definitely recommend for both Vendor or Purchaser.

Rebecca was a very thorough and professional agent in selling our property. She knew the market well and never failed to keep us informed. She was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her. Cheers

Rebecca and the team at PRD were brilliant. They regularly communicated with us on where things were up to and they negotiated the best possible price on our behalf. It was a super quick sale and the process was stress free. Rebecca's passion for the industry is second to none and I would highly recommend her for any future sales.
