My first contact with Bob was about 18 months ago, just a cold call on his behalf but he left me with welcoming impression, so when we finally decided to sell I thought that how I'd like the unit represented, warm and welcoming. We'd just done the unit up and entering a difficult market in early 2019. Bob and his team had it on the market within days and many viewing over the coming months both at regular weekend openings and whenever prospective buyers were available during the week. Bob ensured we had regular weekly updates on our viewing, feedback and prospects. When the offers came Bob's guidance helped us glide through the final negotiations.
