We had the pleasure of selling our investment property through Bob Budd. Prior to putting our property on the market for sale Bob kept us regularly informed with relevant activity in the market place and was always polite and friendly and knowledgeable. So, when it came time to sell our apartment, it was not a hard decision to go with Bob. Bob provided us with a marketing plan and recommended an auction sale. Having attempted selling my apartment with little success last year, I was very skeptical about putting it back on the market again. Bob turned my experience around and successfully delivered a sales result beyond expectation. Instead of listing all the things you want to hear, I'll list all the things Bob did that was current different to our previous experience: - spent over an hour with me rearranging furniture, trying to ensure the photos were going to be the best it could. Previous agent was simply in and out. - listened to what I wanted. I wasn't keen on the idea of an auction as the previous agent talked me into having an auction even though I wasn't sure about it, then charged me extra to call out an auctioneer who rocked up 5 mins before the scheduled auction and left straight after, he had no interest in the property at all. Bob was happy to work with what I wanted, a private sale. - Bob liaised with my tenants to organise open for inspection times even though my tenants were extremely difficult. Previous agents instructed me to give the tenants a discount, probably as an easy way out. The result, outstanding quick sale. We'd recommend Bob to anyone selling, not only does he know the market really well, he has great communication skills.
