From first meeting Bob he demonstrated considerable knowledge with the local market guiding us through the initial presentation of the property through to auction process and eventual sale. Bob even went so far as monitoring the security of the vacant property and was in constant communication with us. His easy going professional manner is an asset to help smooth out the lumps and bumps of the whole sales process.
