Bob was calm always, which kept us calm. Chantelle was a great complimentary person supporting Bob. We liked at our first meeting, that Bob and Chantelle already had a day by day plan and a recommended and costed advertising schedule. It made this easy for us to decide what to do. No prolonged decision making meetings were needed :) It was great that Bob and Chantelle had a ready network of helpers, like Bob2 and Daniellla to do odd jobs and cleaning. This was a big help. The photo selection process was a bit rushed and not what we expected. We were expecting a "portfolio" of proofs to review after the photo shoot. Instead we were required to make selections off a small screen at the back of the camera. Whilst everything worked out OK, we did not feel this was a good process.

Bob and his team worked with a challenging sale. the outcome was a good result.
