Bob helped the reviewer sell this property

Great knowledge and negotiation skills

Bob has a good knowledge of the Blackburn area and excellent negotiation skills. Despite a disappointing campaign turnout, perhaps due to timing at the end of year, Bob managed to push through our house to a sale at market value at the beginning of the year, in the last week of our campaign. We were satisfied with the result and recommend Bob.
