Bobbi had great local knowledge, communicated well and was at all times very professional.

Great to collaborate with

We interviewed other real estate agents, who were also good but the sentiment was that we could work with Bobbi better (i.e. collaborate) throughout the process of selling our house. As the market feedback came through, Bobbi was keeping us informed on a near-daily basis. We would consider our position and constantly refine our thoughts and approach as we led up to the sale. Bobbi always had thoughts as to which strategies would be appropriate to evoke and why. This is where the collaboration mentioned earlier came into its own. You really do need someone that you can have the right level of rapport and trust. I found that dealing with Bobbi and how he was able to articulate his thoughts and rationale as to how we play each step of the process worked well for me, and in all likelihood will work well for others too. He has great knowledge of the market, is transparent, and was very well-equipped to handle all circumstances that came our way.
