If you want easy and stress free then Bobbie is definitely the way to go. My mother's villa was sold in 48 hours because Bobbie knew the park, knew of someone wanting to move to something smaller within the park and someone who wanted something larger. She matched us all up. Done. She even organised an electrician to put in a safety switch for us. I barely lifted a finger.
