Deciding on a Real Estate Agent to sell my property in Point Cook when I am located in Western Australia was a difficult decision. Working in the industry myself, as a Sales Executive, I knew how important it was to choose the right agent who would provide me with the appropriate level of communication and would strive to achieve the highest possible selling price for the property. Of the seven agents that I had appraise my property, Bobby and Percy were clearly superior in their market knowledge and marketing plan. They were the only agency to make two visits to the property, first taking notes about the property and my needs, then later providing an accurate appraisal when we met the following day. I am very critical of agents who think that they can walk into a property and offer an accurate appraisal without previously viewing. How do they know what attributes the property has or are they just comparing number of bedrooms and land size? There is no excuse for a lazy agent. Appraisals varied over a range of $110,000 with Bobby and Percy’s being in the middle of this range and higher than I believed that the property would sell for. It was clear to me that some of the other agents were ill-informed and either trying to “buy” a listing or undersell the property. The property sold within three months and within the range that was originally set. Communication was maintained throughout the Sales process and I felt confident that Bobby and Percy were doing everything that they could to secure a buyer for the property. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bobby and Percy to any potential seller in Point Cook and would be happy for anyone considering their services to contact me directly.
