Bobby has been an absolute pleasure to deal with for the purchase of our first home. We had some hiccups along the way that resulted in us needing to extend multiple times over two months (this was nothing to do with Bobby or his team, just a poor choice of mortgage broker on our part) and Bobby went above & beyond for us. Not only by keeping up regular and very effective communication with the vendor (which resulted in us being able to extend multiple times!) but eventually by recommending his own personal broker, who managed to resolve our situation in 7 days.
