I first meet Bobby, via phone, after we lost out to another agents buyer at Wilton. Bobby told me he had another property coming onto the property, but was not yet listed, which by description meet our wishes. The photos matched the description. On my first inspection, i made an offer that meet the asking price, and the house sold before the first open. Bobby's handling of the our affairs has exceeded our expectations.
