Sorry for shouting at you in that headline but now that I've got your attention let me tell you why Buzz is the best agent I've ever worked with. Buzz came onto the management of our listing after it had already been on the market for a period and mishandled by other agent. This agent had effectively led prospective buyers down a path of unrealistic price expectations, was talking the market down and cajoling us to settle to get an "easy" result.
