I recently worked with Bona Kim to sell my property. While the property did sell within the reasonable timeframe, my overall experience was not as positive as I had hoped. I felt that Bona tended to prioritize the buyer's needs over mine, the seller, which was not what I expected from my agent. Additionally, I found the communication process to be somewhat disorganized and lacking transparency, especially when it came to coordinating between myself, the buyer, and the tenant. In the future, I would prefer to work with an agent who is more focused on representing the seller's interests clearly and effectively. While I appreciate the effort put into selling my property, I believe there is room for improvement in these areas.
