Bonnie has very sound market knowledge. She provided regular and valuable updates on how the property was going, which was most valuable particularly as I was living at a considerable distance from the property. Bonnie was able to get a sale relatively quickly form quite a small market and limited interest in the property. Bonnie suggested lowering the sale price a little and the property sold almost immediately. Bonnie has good market knowledge and excellent communication skills and responded promptly to me at all times; I am happy to recommend her and I will use her again for my next property sale in Nagambie

My son had enquired into a property a few months earlier and Bonnie emailed to say the property was having a price drop. So we got on the phone and a deal was done. That happened to be on a public holiday!! Deposit transferred and paperwork signed a few days later as we were away. Bonnie made it all stress free and easy, which was great! Excellent agent, had no issues at all… highly recommend! 😊
