Some 3 to 4 years before actually placing my mothers property on the market,I asked Bonnie to do two separate valuation and never to contact or to discuss the matter with my mother.. At that that time my mother was quite frail and would only be upset by any contact...I was very pleased that she obliged..... There was on further contact until I phoned Bonnie again to arrange sale of the property which was now part of my Late Mothers estate. Once again Bonnie provided a Valuation for our Solicitor and the property was sold for upper price of the range given..settlement date was very short and to my surprise came in on time..All in all the family was very happy and we could not have asked for better service.
