Bonnie approached me on behalf of a buyer and made representations regarding the desire of the purchaser. I was pleasantly surprised when in reality what Bonnie had expressed was not only correct but the buyers were able to purchase the property at the exact price Bonnie indicated after their first inspection. Too often the agent misrepresents the buyers desire to get the listing and then tries to negotiate the vendor down.
