Bonnie is not your average realestate agent. She makes things happen and gets a result that all parties are happy with! We don’t live in the area, but Bonnie scheduled inspections at times we could make the 2 1/2 hour drive to get there - and even did the pre-settlement inspection for us. She is very generous with her time providing lots of useful and detailed info, answering extra queries and questions and facilitating the process with pedantic (slow-moving) banks. She has a great relationship with owners and tenants so could mediate negotiations for the purchase price and new lease for the existing tenants - and reassure us all throughout what felt like a long and stressful process. When she made the phone call to say congratulations it truly felt like she was sharing in our joy. Bonnie gave us great recommendations for a building inspector and some trade services in the area. Of course Raine & Horne is managing the property for us and we are equally as impressed with the property management team.
