Bonnie is the best! It’s our second time chose Bonnie to sell our properties. She was honest, professional and great to work with. Recently, we just sold our house in Melbourne South East area and we were so happy with the results on auction day, it’s definitely above our expectations. I believe Bonnie was working very hard through whole campaign. Our house was inspected by nearly 100 families!! Bonnie communicated with lots of buyers in time and gave us the details of feedback with no game. I really trust her and professional suggestions. After purchased a property, I requested access for a second valuation through Bonnie Shang, on 25th Jan 2022. However, I haven’t heard any updates back from her for 1 week. I followed up with her one week after my initial request, and was told that she just called the vendors. For such an urgent request, she didn’t give me any explanation why there’s one week delay in contacting the vendors. She advised me that the vendors and their family members are all unwell and cannot provide access for valuation. Without providing me a specific date for valuation, I requested further information. She refused and told me to wait for another week and she’ll be in contact with vendors again by then to see if a date can be scheduled. When I requested her to put all these in writing and send an email to me, she refused again by requesting me to ask my conveyancer to contact the vendors’ legal representative re scheduling the access for valuation. While I was advised by my conveyancer that it’s not a normal process for them to do so as this is a fair request and it should be within the normal procedure of a sales, namely, sales agent should be the middle person to liaise both parties’ requests re valuation. Given her constant rejections, I had to write a formal email to her with her director and reception team cc’d on 31st Jan. In the email I specifically requested her to get back to me within 24 hours with information as below: 1. how soon vendor can allow access for valuation 2. what specific reason they had so that I can inform my solicitor and bank accordingly 3. a timeline of when Bonnie initially contacted the vendors regarding my valuation request sent to her on 25th Jan and 4. when they replied to Bonnie so that I can keep a record.  However, I didn’t receive any response from her nor her team for another few days after several follow-up emails and call from me. I’m still waiting for the information for point 2-4 I requested. Wouldn’t recommend.
