Selling a property is often a stressful project. Selling from interstate is even more stressful as I can't be there and harder to manage. Bonnie made it happened so easy, smoothly and quickly too. I like her constant communication, speed and efficiency . I've contacted 2 other agents to sell my property. One has offered me a super cheap commission rate but never called me back to follow up. The 2nd one followed up 1 month later when I already sold the property. When I talked to Bonnie, she went to visit the property the next day and arranged all the repair quotes immediately. We managed to do some cosmetics painting which helped to make the property look better and more attractive for the potential buyers. She managed the private inspections as well as group inspection and open home with details updates of each inspection and follow up on each of the visitors. Quick sale, great result. Highly recommended Bonnie. I'm happy I didn't go for the cheapest agent but the best quality one. In the current hot market, any agent can sell a property but the result and experience is much different.
I struggled to figure out how to write a review that didn't sound like a paid one or something planted. In the end, I guess that's kind of the best endorsement though. Bonnie really is amazing enough that if you see something that looks too good to be true, it's not. She really is great at what she does. Have both bought and sold with her help and couldn't be happier with the outcomes. Keeps you informed every step of the way through the process and is always happy to answer questions if you have them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I only hope that the next time I need a realtor, she's the one handling things for me.
