Bonnie is one of the nicest and respectful person you could meet. Nothing was to much trouble. She listened to everything that we told her and delivered beyond expectations. Bonnie always respected our house on open days, making sure everything was locked, candles out and the cat was safe (this itself was beyond her duties). We could call her and she would answer the phone or call back as soon as she could, we found this very professional. She had an answer for everything and she would reassure us when we needed it, this was very comforting in such stressful time of selling and moving house.
